REINFORCED METAL BEAM OF MOTOR VEHICLE The invention relates to the field of motor vehicles. More particularly, the invention relates to body structures of a motor vehicle. The body structure of a motor vehicle has several hollow metal beams such as the side members, the stretchers (parallel longitudinal beams extending on either side of the passenger compartment) and the sleepers. Because of their large cross-sections, these beams can undergo deformation and have a longitudinal spin causing a lack of rigidity in the vehicle body. It is therefore necessary to reinforce these beams. The objective is to improve their rigidity with regard to shocks and torsion of the body in particular. Figure 1 shows a body structure 2 of a state-of-the-art motor vehicle. Structure 2 is in this case a rocker structure of a vehicle. The structure 2 comprises a spar 4, in this case a rocker sill and a center leg 6 rigidly fixed to an upper part of said spar. The spar comprises a reinforcement 8 placed inside said spar. The reinforcement 8 has a complex shape. The reinforcement is fixed in the spar by several electrical welding points and by means of several screws which makes assembly complex. In addition, because of their shape, the manufacture of these reinforcements requires specific tools. This solution increases the costs and the manufacturing time of the vehicle structure and more particularly of the spar. The patent document published FR 2 955 553 A1 discloses a device for reinforcing an elongated hollow body of the structure of a motor vehicle. The device is a wooden core configured to be introduced into the hollow body by one of its ends. The wooden core has a length substantially equal to that of the hollow body and a cross section smaller than that of the body. The wooden core does not fill the entire hollow body and requires the addition of a resin in the hollow body in order to bond the core to the walls of the hollow body, which increases manufacturing costs. The object of the invention is to overcome at least one drawback of the aforementioned state of the art. More particularly, the invention aims to provide a reinforced metal beam of the body of a motor vehicle, the realization of which is facilitated. The invention also aims at a simple and economical solution. The subject of the invention is a metal beam, in particular of a motor vehicle body, comprising two longitudinal stampings of hollow and open cross section, each stamp comprising, at the ends of the cross section of said stamp, two wings fixed to the corresponding wings, respectively, on the other stamped, so as to form two longitudinal joining rabbets and to delimit a hollow and closed cross section of the beam; a reinforcement inside the beam; remarkable in that the reinforcement is a sheet metal element extending transversely between the wings of the stampings, from one of the rebates to the other of said rebates. According to particular embodiments, the beam may include one or more of the following characteristics, taken in isolation or according to all the possible technical combinations: - The cross section of each of the two stamped parts is U-shaped, the U-shaped sections being opposite to each other. - At each of the joining rebates, the wings and the reinforcement are welded together by electrical resistance welding. - The reinforcement is generally flat. - The reinforcement is perforated, preferably several times along the longitudinal direction of the beam. - The beam is a side sill of a motor vehicle body. The invention also relates to a body structure of a motor vehicle comprising a side sill spar and a center leg rigidly fixed to an upper part of said spar, remarkable in that the spar is a beam according to the invention. According to particular embodiments, the structure can include one or more of the following characteristics, taken in isolation or according to all possible technical combinations: - The reinforcement generally extends vertically. - The reinforcement extends vertically continuously from the side member to the middle leg. - The extension of the reinforcement extends along a deep-drawn part of the middle foot and is fixed to said deep-drawn part. The invention is interesting in that it offers a reinforced metal beam of the body of a motor vehicle having a simplified assembly. Indeed, the reinforcement of the beam extends transversely between the wings of the stamped beams and is welded with the wings. The reinforcement thus ensures a direct and rigid connection between the two rebate joining the beam. The assembly is simplified since we use the welding points of the junction rebates, already present, to fix the reinforcement, which allows to reduce the welding points compared to the state of the art. The reinforcement is generally flat, which decreases the mass of the beam compared to the state of the art presented in FIG. 1 and therefore reduces manufacturing costs. The reinforcement can also extend from a stamping of the middle foot of the vehicle structure, which allows the use of an already existing part of the body structure to reinforce the metal beam. The reinforcement also benefits from an additional link on the middle leg. Other characteristics and advantages of the present invention will be better understood from the description and the drawings, among which: - Figure 1 shows a motor vehicle structure of the state of the art; - Figure 2 shows a motor vehicle structure according to the invention. FIG. 2 represents a body structure 102 of a motor vehicle according to the invention. The structure comprises a spar 104, in this case a rocker spar and a center leg 106 rigidly fixed to an upper part of said spar. The spar 104 is a metal beam. The metal beam comprises two longitudinal stamps 108 and 110 of hollow and open cross section. Each stamp comprises, at the ends of the cross section of said stamp, two wings fixed to the corresponding wings, respectively, of the other stamp, so as to form two longitudinal rebates 112 and 114 of junction and to delimit a hollow and closed cross section of beam. The cross section of each of the two stampings is U-shaped. The U-shaped sections are opposite one another so as to form the hollow metal beam. The beam also includes a reinforcement 116 inside said beam. The reinforcement 116 is a sheet metal element which extends transversely between the wings of the stampings from one of the rebates to the other of said rebates. The reinforcement is thus sandwiched between the wings of the stampings and thus connects the junction rebates. The beam is thus separated into two parallel hollow bodies of the same section. The reinforcement 116 is generally planar and generally extends vertically. The reinforcement 116, which can also be called a flat core, extends vertically continuously from the spar 104 to the middle leg 106. More particularly, the extension 118 of the reinforcement 116 extends along a stamping of the foot middle 106 and is fixed to said stamped. At each of the joining rabbets 112 and 114, the wings of the stampings 108 and 110 and the reinforcement 116 are welded together by electrical resistance welding. The weld points of the joint rabbets 112 and 114 are thus used to fix the reinforcement, which simplifies the assembly of the reinforcement in the beam. The reinforcement 116 can be perforated, it is preferably perforated along the longitudinal direction of the beam.
